I am so sick of people like you who assume a person in anorexic just because they are thin. Did you ever stop to think maybe she has a high metabolism or maybe a thyroid issue or maybe just maybe that is her genetics and she is just thin. You don't know her so don't assume or say I know your anorexic. You fucking moron.
