Chicago Rapper OTF Nunu Reportedly Shot and Killed in a Parking Lot
Chicago rapper OTF Nunu has reportedly been shot and killed in Chicago earlier this afternoon. Nunu, the first cousin of Lil Durk, was in his SUV at the Chatham Village Square Mall when an assailant walked up to the car and started firing. The rapper tried to drive away from the scene, but ultimately crashed his vehicle into the front window of a store. Pictures from the crime scene show Nunu, 21, still inside the vehicle.
Nunu appeared in Durk's most recent video, "OC." Producers Young Chop and A Zae have tweeted that they had been in contact with him just moments before the shooting. Nunu was getting ready to release a mixtape called Nuski Got Da Strap this summer.

The victim’s body remained at the scene, slumped in the front seat of a white SUV, into the early evening. Officials would not name the victim but social media has erupted with tributes to the man, who is believed to be a young rapper.

After the shooting, the victim appeared to try and flee from the shooting but crashed into a store, causing the B*Fresh clothing store’s front window to buckle.

Eyewitness reports say Nunu was alive and breathing in his vehicle nearly 15 minutes before passing away. A local woman tried saving him, but officers wouldn’t let her give him CPR because it was a crime scene.
