Prasseln ganz schön viele Eindrücke wieder auf einen in den 66 Minuten. Für seine Verhältnisse ziemlich eingängliches Album mit vielen Funk-Einflüssen. Erinnert mich stellenweise etwas an das letzte Thundercat-Album. "More", "Capillaries", "Burning Down The House", "Takashi", "Black Balloons Reprise", "Andromeda", "The Climb" und "Land Of Honey" gefallen mir bisher am Besten. Länge hätte man schon etwas kürzen können, kann zum Beispiel mit dem Tierra Whack-Feature nichts anfangen. Insgesamt sagts mir aber schon zu.

Gutes Ding, bisher gefällt mir die zweite Hälfte (so ab Whack/Curry/Lynch) deutlich besser.

Für mich ehrlich gesagt das schwächste Flylo Album, dass ich bisher gehört habe.

Ist halt einfach zu lang, das verwässert den Eindruck.

Die Quote an interessanten songs zu fillern ist halt auch shclecht. Finde nur 3-4 Tracks cool auf dem ganzen Album. Auch produktionstechnisch das schwächste Album von ihm. Los Angeles klang besser und ist über 10 Jahre alt.

Wie gesagt, für mich kommt das Album erst ab dem zweiten Drittel bzw. der zweiten Hälfte in Fahrt, die Anlaufphase zieht sich etwas. Vor allem, wenn z.B. ein George-Clinton-Feature enttäuscht.
