der weedcarrier tony yayo hat übrigens bessere lines geschrieben als jeder deutsche rapper: "broke days, we used to put water in our cereal." fand "thoughts of a predicate felon" insgesamt ziemlich gut.

das young buck ding ist richtig gut. feier seine dreckige delivery und diese melancholie in vielen seiner parts.

ich fand olivia früher übrigens immer geil (trotz der tranny gerüchte). heutzutage äh ...:

Fand damals alle Sachen in deren goldenen Zeit geil, auch das Album von yayo.
Hätte mir ein Comeback der g unit sehr gewünscht. Sie hattens auch versucht aber wurde dann doch nichts nach kurzer Zeit.

Mit Spotify ist das schwierig. Die meisten Mixtapes hatten viele Tracks wo die auf fremden Beats gerapt haben.
Kannst dir auf Spoti aber das Beg for Mercy Album geben. Das hatte Banger wie poppin them thangs, beg for mercy und wanna get to know (is garantiert was für dich ).

Außerdem auf Spotify der Mixtape Klassiker 50 cent is the future mit den Brechern: Bump dat, Thats whats up und surrpunded by hoes.

Yayo allgemein sehr underrated, das ist einer seiner krassesten Songs. Unglaubliche Atmosphäre

Ich dachte damals die reißen alles ab auf Dauer.
Aber leider war es dann doch anders. 50 Cent mit starken qualitätsproblemen, alle zerstritten Buck yayo banks kaum releases irgendwann. Nur the game hat auch Jahre danach abgeliefert.
Dieses Jahr dann endlich mit banks mit einem stabilen Album und Buck auch die letzte Zeit stabil am Releasen, aber der hype ist halt längst vorbei und wird auch nie wieder kommen.

50 und Game einfach n geiles Team damals

50 hat mehr oder weniger direkt gesagt, dass Banks und Yayo einfach keine Motivation hatten irgendwas zu reißen wenn er ihnen nicht in den Arsch tritt. Er selbst klang schon auf Massacre bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen total satt und gelangweilt. Glaub das dreisteste war als er so ne Fortsetzung von Candy Shop ( was auch schon nicht mein Ding war ) namens Vergngügungspark mit ähnlich wacken Sex Metaphern als große neue Single verkaufen wollte.
Buck und Game wollten ihr eigenes Ding machen. Aber die kurze G- Unit Prime war großartig.

Edit. hatte nochmal richtig Hoffnung auf ein Comeback als 50 War Angel und Forever King gedropt hat. Da waren richtige Hits drauf

Massacre fand ich noch sehr geil muss ich sagen, aber danach gings bergab.
 
Hab dazu auch mal etwas gelesen wo sich 50 über seine Pläne geäußert hat und wie er da Banks, Yayo usw. richtig zu Höchstleistungen anspornen wollte, die aber auf Dauer zufrieden mit ihrem Status waren und eben nicht so verbissen wie 50 immer und immer weiter ackern wollten. Heutzutage ist das ja auch alles bekanntermaßen auseinander gegangen, Yayo ist ja der einzige der nach wie vor an 50s Seite ist, Buck ist ja inzwischen verfeindet mit ihm und die Beziehung zu Banks ist auch eher angespannt wobei der sich ja auch schon länger zurückgezogen hat und mit Freundin und Kind ne ruhige Kugel schiebt.

Ist irgendwo auch verständlich, dass da nicht jeder das auf Dauer so durchziehen will wie 50 der ja definitiv auch irgendwo ein Psychopath ist :D
