cooles ding, das original finde ich aber noch etwas besser. das spiegelt diese kalifornische backyard-party-stimmung einfach perfekt wieder.
 
Das Album ist immer noch absolut großartig!

wobei wenn er "robot love" und "the stars are ours" durch die Songs von der Tuxedo EP ersetzt hätte, wär das Album wirklich perfekt für mich.
Allein "Get u home" killt alles. "your hips dont lieeee, and your lips like wiiiiine"

A quick mix I put together featuring some of the incredible vinyl records I brought home from my recent trip to Brazil. Brazilian vinyl is frequently beat up and scratched so if the record skip, don't trip.

As part of Record Store Day 2014, Los Angeles based Mayer Hawthorne and Tokyo based artist Shintaro Sakamoto will release a new split 7″ record, featuring special versions of Sakamoto's “In A Phantom Mood” and Mayer's “Wine Glass Woman.” The Sakamoto track has the Japanese lyrics he wrote over Mayer Hawthorne’s original of “Wine Glass Woman” (Produced by Pharrell Williams), while Hawthorne’s track has him singing the English lyrics he wrote over Sakamoto’s original.

Jaded Incorporated is 14KT and Mayer Hawthorne. Two post-futuristic creators who grew up together in Michigan. Born out of their mutual adoration for the Post-Punk and New Wave movements of the early 1980's, and an obsession with Ghettotech and Booty music that penetrated the airwaves and rave scene in Detroit in the 90's, Mayer and KT have created a brand new sound they call BEAT WAVE. It's a modern amalgamation of influences including Ultravox, J Dilla & DJ Assault.

Auf das Album bin ich echt gespannt, 14KT kann als Produzent einiges. Erster Track gefällt mir schon mal.

Geht klar. Den Song konnt man übrigens schon am Anfang vom "Your easy lovin..." Video hören :eek:
