Hat mit den ersten Durchgängen nicht ganz so gezündet wie "Currents", aber ist schon wieder verdammt gut geworden. Wie geil alleine der Beat von "One More Year" zum Einstieg ist. :cool: "Instant Destiny", "Breathe Deeper" (Hit :thumbsup:), "On Track" und "Is It True" sind auch stark. An "Borderline" kommt aber nichts mehr ran. Gibt glaub keinen Song, den ich seit letztem Jahr öfter gehört habe. Hat mich nur etwas irritiert, dass die Album-Version ein bisschen anders aufgebaut ist. Astreine Arbeit auf jeden Fall wieder. :thumbsup:

habe bestimmt 10mal probiert, zugang zu tame zu finden und zwar immer mit current
heute dann irgendwie spontan mal die anderen angehört, angefangen mit innerspeaker und was soll ich sagen, 1000x besser :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Kann leider mit allem was nach Lonerism kam nichts mehr anfange. Das und Innerspeaker dafür top. Danach gehts mir zu sehr in die Elektro Richtung bzw. verabschiedet sich mMn komplett vom Psychedelic Rock

Kevin hat jetzt auch die ersten drei Alben wieder auf YT hochgeladen. Dazu ein paar ältere Live-Performances, die ich noch gar nicht nicht kannte. Darunter auch eine des ganzen Innerspeaker-Albums aus seinem alten Haus, welches ja leider den kalifornischen Waldbränden in 2018 zum Opfer gefallen ist.

So ein begnadeter Musiker vor dem Herrn! :thumbsup:

wo kommen plötzlich die ganzen user her, die wirklich was im non-hiphop-bereich schreiben? find ich gut.
 
Hätte ich das Video nicht entdeckt, hätte ich wahrscheinlich auch weiterhin nur still mitgelesen und mit Likes kommuniziert. Ist ja leider alles mausetot hier. Dabei war der Thread bis Seite 4 vielleicht sogar der vollständigste und informativste Impala-Thread der Forenwelt. Schade eigentlich. Wenn ihr Bock habt, können wir uns hier aber gerne näher unterhalten und austauschen. Gesprächsstoff sollte es ja genug geben, ne?

Ich mach dann mal weiter...

Kevin hat in einem Interview (ich weiß gar nicht mehr, welches es war) verraten, dass One Hundred Years of Solitude von Gabriel Garcia Marquez als Theme für The Slow Rush diente. Vielleicht möchte hier ja mal jemand reinschnuppern oder es sogar ganz lesen. Ich hab's einfach mal für den kommenden Spanienurlaub vorgemerkt.

Eine Liste mit von Kev produzierten Songs für Dua mit allen möglichen Credits aus diversen Verwertungsgesellschaftsdatenbanken (ASCAP etc.). 7 oder 8 an der Zahl. Vieles wurde aber wohl von Duas Label gestrichen, weil zu wagemutig. Wir bekommen also nur die Light- bzw. Lite-Version (britisch-albanische Deee-Lite lol). Trippy-Psychedelic-Synth-Pop for CHR (Contemporary Hit Radio). Die psychedelische Note wird sich dann am Ende wahrscheichlich mehr in der Gesamtästhetik der neuen Ära widerspiegeln als in der Produktion, aber mal sehen. So oder so: Ich bin gespannt!
