30 Luke und Swift - Bleib cool (2000)

Luke und Swift hatten 1999 eine erste Single und signten dann bei Show Down, wo 2000 die Soundcheck EP erschien, die ziemlich gut ankam, va wegen der eingängigen Beats. Dilated Peoples hatten etwa zeitgleich das selbe Sample wie 'Bleib Cool', L+S sagen aber, dass sie zuerst damit am Start waren.
Luke hat eine komische Aussprache, als würde er mit vollem Mund rappen, was zu einem recht hohen Wiedererkennungswert führt.

Im selben Jahr kam noch ein Beitrag zum Splash Sampler und 2001 eine eher schwache weitere Single, das wars dann.

DCS aka Die Coolen Säue um die Mcees Rotz und Schivv hatten schon 1996 und 1997 Alben, die eher Richtung Fanta4/Fettes Brot gingen... 1999 kam dann das Album 'Von Vorne', das roher und raplastiger ausfiel und stabile Beats von Peerbee hatte.
